To put it simply, my intent is to be as direct as possible using varying themes.  I am looking to capture a moment in time with intent and emotion, be it historical or personal.  Images don't have to be in motion to be alive.  I am also trying to see if you need a full color palette to have impact or whether you can achieve emotion and clarity with limited colors and yet have it be fully realized.  That being said, I just want to keep experimenting and explore as many different personal themes as I see fit.
